NewSoil only collects personal data to support your experience throughout this website, process your order, manage access to your account, and for NewSoil promotions and correspondence. NewSoil does not share customer personal data with other vendors, advertisers or individuals.
Deliveries, Shipping and Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are here to assist. NewSoil makes every attempt to process online orders in a timely fashion, utilizing United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority 2-day shipping, First Class Package shipping, and tracking on all packages. NewSoil is not able to guarantee deliveries or the circumstances governing USPS, its staff or contractors.
Live worms cannot be returned. In the event that worms or other items are damaged in shipping, NewSoil will work with customers to assess the damage and replace the damaged contents.
Any returns must be received in the original packaging within 30 days of the original receipt date. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for any returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
