The reason for the superiority of OurCompost™ Premium Worm Castings is simple: What goes in, comes out!  Only the best, most pure and appropriate organics go into the compost-castings mix that turns into our very own brand of vermicompost.

The nitrogen-rich ingredients of our worms’ diet include fruits, vegetables  and pre-composted manure. No meat or dairy are included. Contents include organic vegetable and fruit waste, oak leaves, local coffee grounds, farm-raised eggshells, and organic grains.  In addition, NewSoil partners with local farms and food retailers to recycle produce scraps and horse manure. Ingredients are thoroughly mixed and pre-composted at temperatures averaging 142 degrees in large windrows for 3-6 months prior to feeding to our worms. This ensures a stable, pathogen-free blend of high-quality compost feed. Once fed to the worms, they process it to create an even richer mix of castings and compost high in beneficial microbes and nutrients for your planting needs.
